Normal: This looks like a normal ultrasound to me. Your right ovary is a little bit bigger than the left, but maybe has more follicular cysts (normal physiologic cysts filled with water). Again, unless you are having infertility issues, i don't think this is an abnormal exam finding. ...Read more
