Nonetheless, if you are having pelvic pain, and it doesn't feel like your usual ibs, other causes should be considered. Since you have had prior surgery, adhesions are possible. IBS: Do you have IBS or IBD? There is a difference. Ovarian cancer is not very common, but if you have family history of it, or of breast cancer in first generation family members, you will want to check with your gynecologist for regular exams. Do you have bowel movement changes that point more to colonic issues? An exam by your primary MD and some bloodwork if warranted would be a first step. ...Read more

Unlikely: Those findings not cosistantly with cancer. Cyst small and u are young. Try MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) 1 dose in juice per day along with probiotics, ibs is a syndrome of alternating constipation and diarrhea, affected by anxiety, and, at times a major problem. The bubbling, pain and nausea all related to problems at the level of sigmoid colon and may have resulted from volvulus or twisting of redundant bowel.
