Could be many things: Lower stomach pains may mean a few different things. It could be gas or constipation. It could be a cyst or ruptured ovarian. It could be pregnancy. You would need to be evaluated by a doctor and assessed for the possible reasons to why you are having stomach pain. You can try gas-x or beano for your gas and bloating. As far as upset stomach is concerned, try an acid blocker like pepcid, (famotidine) or Prilosec otc is good or even pepto. Also I recommend you schedule a visit with your primary care doctor to make sure you are not dealing with an ulcer, gastritis, etc. You will need a complete evaluation/work up.

May need workup w MD: Dyspepsia is a symptom - often caused by underlying problems rather than make them. Stress can lead to gastritis and ulcers that give symptoms that you describe. Reflux can lead to bruxism and jaw pain&dyspepsia.
