Not sacroiliac: Sacroiliac joint problems don't produce those types of symptoms. Pelvic, muscular, or ligament problems are more likely. Has your gynecologist cleared you of all pelvic problems? See a doctor: Pain after urination could mean you have a urinary track infection (UTI). I would suggest you visit a doctor to determine if you have a UTI or something else (possible STD).
