Letrozole: Tamoxifen for 5 years followed by Letrozole would be an option. However, technically you are still premenopausal so not an option. Another treatment which is controversial is to have your ovaries removes. There is data on 10 years of tamoxifen now but you may not want to do this. The other option would be observation. Not risky but : It is not risky to be birth control pill while the on Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud but it is not likely to help anything. Birth control pills can prevent cyst formation but they do not speed up cyst resolution. Small ovarian cysts simply resolve on their own with no treatment. ...Read more

Since you are <50, it makes me concerned about a brca mutations (if you have not been tested, then get tested!). Ovarian cancer and breast cancer can be related, especially if brca is positive.
