I get massive more painful then migraine headaches right before orgasim. I have been told that I have an aracnoid cyst on my brain also. Coincidence?

See your OBGYN!: Seems possible that the ovarian cyst has made an impact on your cycle. If it prevented ovulation in some way - you'd miss a period. It needs to be examined and depending on results, treatment decisions can b made. The pain also suggests that the cyst may be doing something new. I've just recovered from 9mths of mono. I also have a 2cm ovarian cyst. Could either (or both) cause terrible headaches that i now experience? Thanks!
Maybe mono. : Ovarian cysts are often silent, and when they're symptomatic, abdominal or back pain predominates the clinical picture. Mono can have a long recovery, including chronic headache. I've had an ovarian cyst for a year now, treated w/ a BCP with minimal efficacy. Stopped the BCP d/t elevated BP & migraines. Other tx options??
