Depends: Did the doctor doing ultrasound to evaluate your mother to make this determination? Often just wrong or certain birth control pills and trying to size of the fibroid which would prevent her from having it surgically removed. I can't get medical attention from a specialist or gp or even hospital. Have ovarian cysts and enlarged ovary ( lots of pain & bleeding constantly)?
Birth control pills: Because you are 27, the chances of cancer are very very low. You should get medical attention anyways. You probably are suffering from pcos polycystic ovarian syndrome. Oral contraceptives will control your mensis and decrease the cysts. Loosing 10% of your total body weight with a low carb diet should also help.
