More info needed:
If you mean blood and tissue coming from the vagina, no that is not normal, and needs prompt evaluation.

Serous Cystadenoma: If she had a serous cystadenoma, she may be at risk for this happening again and needs to be followed closely. Still, it isn't a true cancer so she doesn't need any other treatment other than close monitoring. Still, she should consider her family building options and consider oocyte or embryo cryopreservation if she isn't trying to get pregnant soon because this can recur. ...Read more

Betadine?: Check with your doctor to see if betadine was used to clean the vagina and thigh areas. Sometimes we use different forms of cleaning preps, chloraprep (alcohol-based I think) for the abdomen and betadine (iodine-based) for the vagina. This might explain why you are only irritated below. Probably should have it looked at. Good luck! ...Read more

Why oophorectomy instead of cystectomy abd it neasured 6.2✖️4.4cm last week its probably getting smaller anyway?
Depends on age/size:
SOmetimes if a large cyst is encountered and you are concerned about a malignancy, you take the ovaries out to get a pathologist to review it as a whole. If you take bits and pieces out, you can spread malignancy in your abdomen and worsen prognosis
In younger women, sometimes, preservation of the ovaries is attempted because risk of ovarian cancer is low and there is need for ovaries for fertilit ...Read more
Gently after 2 month: For 6 months after this surgery, I would avoid lifting weights to avoid increasing intra-abdominal pressure where you are healing from surgery. Walking and level, gentle cycling woud be safer exercise after you have healed and are cleared by you surgeon (6 to 12 weeks post-op). Suspension training (trx) limits mass moved in a workout to body weight--a safe alternative that will tone you well. ...Read more
Depressed: The scar will be low in the abdomen above the pubis, much like a c-section scar. Most likely it will be depressed. Occasionally it may be a thin line but to minimize a scar fine sutures and a good tension relieving subcutaneous layer of slowly absorging sutures needs to be used. If poor healing, bad tension and or an infection result the scar will be wide and need revision. ...Read more
