Absolutely yes.: Afrin & generics (oxymetazoline) are safe to use before surgery. Afrin shrinks the blood vessels & improves air flow thru the nasal passages; very little is absorbed into the blood stream. However, if you stop using it, your nasal congestion may be worse than it was before you started it. Consider using external nasal strips in place of Afrin @ bedtime. They work just as well. Ans: Endometriosis is diagnosed by exploratory surgery. If this is what is expected why would you need an oncologist? The lesion will go to pathologist who will make the diagnosis for you. So if endometriosis you have no need for oncologist/gynecologist. Both are well trained I am sure in the procedure which is straight forward ...Read more

Most likely fine: Most people who miscarry following surgery have symptoms in the first 48-72 hours. If you are not bleeding or cramping now, your should have almost the same risk of miscarriage now as someone who is 3 months pregnant who did have surgery. ...Read more
