If a woman has endometriosis and ovarian cysts gets pregnant, would it considered a high risk pregnancy? Or any complications during pregnancy?

Wait it out: If you are in the first trimester, unless the bleeding is coming from a single spot on the cervix (friable) that could be treated with silver nitrate- there isn't a way to treat bleeding in pregnancy.
