What did your OB doc: Say, your OB doc should have explain that in detail to you already so call him or her today! So they can instruct you, if you were my pt I would say no exercise other than slow walking and no intercourse until you get a followup us in 2-3 weeks tomake sure the cyst is resolving, if it would rupture hopefully not, you could lose the pregnancy, you will have plenty of time later to exercise. ...Read more

See you gyn: Ovarian cysts are common and if they become painful, grow out of control, there are options available to control them (medically and surgically).
Recommend discussing oral contraceptive pill as a choice of treatment for you with your gyn.

It may be the source: Of the pain but you should get it evaluated. An intrapelvic lesion like a large ovarian cyst can cause referred pains as can other problems within the pelvis or abdomen. I: I think your issue is not related to your ovarian cysts. It sounds like you are having a respiratory issue (i.e. Asthma) a psychological issue (panic attack) or a heart issue (decreased blood flow to the heart or an enlarged heart). Regardless, this is a serious issue that needs prompt medical attention. Please see your primary care provider right away. Also you need to follow up with your doctor regarding your cysts. If they are in fact as large as you say they are you will likely need a surgical procedure.
