Guessing: This is hard to call form just a description of CT, not knowing any other clinical facts. Can say: 1) the bulky uterus is 100% unrelated to the other findings, the thickened sigmoid "may" be related to the ovarian cyst or vice-versa. Possible: It's not normal, but possible to have pain in the opposite side. If the cyst ruptures, some blood may spill in the pelvis and irritate the tissue, causing pain. If it moves to the other side, it will hurt there. More likely, however, pain on the opposite side may be due to something else going on.
