After 1yr of laperoscopy for removal of rt. Ovarian cyst i think my lower abdomen is becoming heavy day by day. Wht I do nw?
It is not related: To laparoscopy. The birth control pill can help prevent recurrence of ov.Cysts and help bleeding. Heaviness is non specific and can be related to bladder or other processes. Do u have irregular menses? You may have pcos and get relief of weight with metformin. Doubt cyst is cause: A 1.3cm ovarian cyst is usually a normal finding. Small cysts are part of your normal menstrual cycle. They form as part of ovulation. Doctors who don't know why you have pain will sometimes tell you that your pain is from a small cyst like this but this is rarely true. See your Ob/Gyn: A 6.3cm ovarian cyst is the size of a large orange. A cyst that size is an abnormal finding. What is done about it depends on your age, what the cyst looks like on ultrasound, what other ultrasound findings are present (such as fluid in the abdomen) and in some cases on labwork.
