Seems Unlikely: I would think that the pain would be on the same side as the cyst. Your symptoms sound more GI in nature and the cyst may be just an incidental finding on the ct. Remember that all regular cycling women will produce one cyst each month (usually <2.5 cm) and that is the special cyst that has an egg inside. ...Read more

If surgery by laparoscopy or laparotomy has to be performed, there is a very good chance that your ovary can be saved. Unclear: It's unlikely that the water (if it was water) in the cyst from the ovary would be related to your discharge. If a cyst breaks and the water in it spills, it's going to typically spill in our abdomen, not down through your tube and then uterus and then out vagina.
