Have abdominal pain, low back pain and nausea. Full spine MRI showed bilateral follicular ovarian cysts. Is this from that or can it be ovarian cancer?
Obgyn evaluation: Individual cases will need to be interpreted one on one. Follicular cysts are fairly common findings and although most cause no symptoms sometimes they can cause discomfort.
