Likely endometrioma: At your age, ovarian cancer would be exceedingly rare. Ca-125 levels can be elevated in young women for a variety of reasons that have nothing to do with cancer. Lo Na, testosterone: CT scan is fairly accurate.Testosterone can be low with age . Liver issues can cause low sodium low testosterone muscle wasting and fatigue. The fatigue can be from the low sodium. Cortisol may appear high due to low protein binding. Kidney disease can also affect sodium balance., as can thyroid disease. By itself, nothing: You're a young man and your somewhat high Hct may simply be you -- reference ranges are set so that several percent of folks fall outside on either end. Same for white count.
