Frequent urination, some pelvic pain & soreness right side, little nausea. Back pain but can't fully contribute as symptom. Scared of ovarian cancer?

4cm complex ovarian cyst. Mri can't ruleout neoplasm. Hysterectomy in apr. Age 37. Horrible pain, bloating, urinary incont. Bowel changes. Surgery?

May have to remove i: Complex ovarian cysts require closer monitoring and consideration of removal if they grow in size. The size is still not big enough to chase it and remove it right now. But an interval re-evaluation in 2-3 months will help to determine if it is increasing in size or not. If it grows over 6 months and the size is bigger than 6-7 cm, i would recommend surgical removal. But also get a ca125 level do. ...Read more

Endo tumor symptoms fluctuate? One day I'll be fine next day hypoK, numbness, chills, back ache, cramping. Undiagnosed but high vip & chromogranin.

VIPoma?: Hi. Does your endo or GI doc think this is a VIPoma? Those are very rare, and at your age would make a genetic syndrome more likely. How high are the VIP and CgA? They need to be several FOLD elevated above the upper limit of normal to suspect VIPoma. Is the diagnosis beyond question? They can be very difficult to localize. I assume no luck with that. Somatostatin analog drugs can help symptoms. ...Read more

Months of left side/flank pain & 2 neg cts. Then sudden blood in urine/clots, & bladder spasms. diangosis pyelonephritis. Can this explain pain for months?

Partially: Very possible that a low grade infection caused the initial symptoms, then became full blown pyelonephritis , which requires initial IV antibiotics and long term treatment (at lest 3-4 weeks).
