Robotic laparoscopic hysterectomy 2 weeks ago for ovarian cancer staging. Left leg pain ever since. Neg for blood clot. Pain shoots down leg from hip.

Wasn't sure what you: Meant by low counts, but i would not leap from low blood count to ovarian ca. Ovarian ca does not tend to metastasize to bone marrow, where blood cells are made. Contralateral ovary, fallopian tubes, peritoneum, liver, lungs, bone and brain are the most common sites. I think the more intriguing question is why you are making the connection? Talk with your doc: As a gynecologic oncologist, i don't usually follow estrogen as a marker for ovarian cancer. There are a few rare exceptions (granulosa cell tumors).
