OB/GYN consult: It sounds like you have some dysfunctional or abnormal uterine bleeding and dysmenorrhea. Talk with your specialist in OB/GYN. See the link for tests you may need. Not likely: Unless you have a family history of ovarian cancer or BRACA positivity, not likely. I am concerned about the reason for your miscarriages. Have you been evaluated for a blood clotting disorder? You should be seen by a complicated OB specialist and be evaluated for your miscarriages and your decreased frequency of periods.
