Maybe a cyst?: Sebaceous cysts are over mistaken for a calcium deposit. Thee are benign and not a problem. However, if you speak with your physician it can usually be removed even in the office. Neosporin is an antibiotic that can help prevent infection in wounds, but I don't think that it has any effect on calcium, and I can't think what is meant by calcium deposit on wound?
