Fever 101 F: Many times, fever is the first indication that a patient's white blood cells are low and that they are at risk for infection. The infusion center staff gives individualized instructions to patients on when to call but in general, a feve of 101f should prompt a call. Correct: I am assuming you do not have any invasive cancer correct? If it is only intraductal carcinoma with no invasion, this is as early as it can get. With those markers and negative her2, and low score, i agree. ...Read more

Depends on Ca: A number of different malignancies defined as stage IV when mets noted. Depending on the virulence of the cancer the initiation of treatment will be more or less effective in obtaining a response. Colon or breast cancer delay in treatment by 2 wks will play a minor role in response or survival.
