I have been diagnosed with severe back spasms on my lower right side. I have tried heat, TENS, Norflex, (orphenadrine) and stretching. Any other Tx ideas?
Some easy remedies are magnesium - we use it in IV drips but you can soak in Epson salt bath - just put about 5-6 cups in the bath (this is magnesium). Magnesium is a natural muscle relaxer. I also like high dose omega 3 fish oil (around 5000 mg) at this does it starts working as an anti-inflammatory.
I prefer skelaxin (metaxalone) as the muscle relaxer I use.
Hope this helps. ...Read more
