Should be OK. Ophel-: ---is a muscle relaxer as well as a pain med but not an opiod. I assume Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is for ADD or something like that. So not related & given for 2 separate problems. ...Read more

Back spasms: Some easy remedies are magnesium - we use it in IV drips but you can soak in Epson salt bath - just put about 5-6 cups in the bath (this is magnesium). Magnesium is a natural muscle relaxer. I also like high dose omega 3 fish oil (around 5000 mg) at this does it starts working as an anti-inflammatory. I prefer skelaxin (metaxalone) as the muscle relaxer I use. Hope this helps. ...Read more
