Don't put chemicals: On your skin and don't lay in the sun or tanning bed! neither is good for you, and the earlier you are in your pregnancy, the more potential for absorption/toxicity to your baby. Take your prenatal vitamins and you don't even need 15 minutes of daily sun for vitamin d. Neither sun nor chemicals are beneficial, so why chance it? Therapy includes topical/oral meds & more to control infection/inflammation. Evidence does not support any advantage to using organic vs. synthetically derived makeup. A personal favorite: I like La Roche Posay Anthelios 60 because it is ultra lite and absorbs well. It has antioxidant technology UVA A and B protection. There are many other products out there which are just as good and may be less expensive. This is just a personal opinion. Ask your Derm what they recommend.
