Can you eat raw frozen and raw fresh vegetables as long as you rinse them first? I don't see the issue since we don't cook our raw fruit.
OK for most BUT...: Many people eat only raw vegetables (and raw food) for health benefits, but many nutrients in vegetables are better absorbed when cooked (esp. if boiled or steamed) while others are degraded by cooking.
