Oregano oil: There are no neurotoxins in oregano oil. It would not be good to place any oil on a nerve but there is no worry to using oregano oil unless you have an allergy. This does not come from the cooking oregano. Chronic use should be supplemented with iron because it reduces the bodies ability to absorb iron. Pregnant women should avoid use.
