Intestinal bleeding: can be a real emergency and unless you are eating a lot of beets is the only thing I know of that could cause red stool. Never heard of orange stool, but if your stool were light light brown and had some blood I suppose it could look orange. If you drink alcohol, stop drinking immediately. See doctor: color changes in the stool many times has to do with what you eat except if you are jaundiced then it is clay colored and has to do with the absence of bilitubin. The pain and distention is concerning and may mean you have a retained stone.
