My normal oral temp is 97.9. Today I feel a tad "off". Checked temp, it was 98.1. Is this slight elevation enough to cause me to feel a little off?

My oral temperature is pretty much ALWAYS 37.1. I was told oral temp is cooler. So surely this means I always have a temperature?
I'll try to clarify!: While oral temp. is lower than rectal temp, you may be confusing "having a temperature" with "having a fever". 37.1 isn't considered a fever and isn't a sign of illness. Also, while 37 .0 is the AVERAGE temp, NORMAL temp. can range from 36.4 to 37.6 degrees C. What could cause 6+ months of high temp? My norm is around 98.0 (oral), but since june i haven't gone more than a few days w/o hitting 99.5-100. (more details re: symptoms, tests and stuff in profile.
Body temp varies: The accepted "normal" body temperature is 98.6 degrees, but it varies from person to person, and varies throughout the day, going up and down almost a full degree at different times of day.
