More info needed: Thanks for your question! Gonorrhea is generally confined to the genital area, but I have seen cases where it spreads to different parts of the body. Only once have a seen a case where someone had gonorrhea in the throat (this was initial presentation). Most likely it is from unprotected intercourse. ...Read more

Has the person only had oral sex (and never had any type of sexual activities downstairs, any type at all in her life)?
