No good data: Griseofulvin can increase metabolism of the hormones in bcp's and therby reduce blood levels of the hormones and risk pregnancy. Azole antifungals don't interfere with liver metabolism of bcp's. There have been case reports of unintended pregnancies & late withdrawl bleeding with itraconazole but these are not listed as warnings with itra. Both can cause liver injury & need physician follow-up. ...Read more
