Yes: No problem with this. Do not overdo it because you may make it worse. Warm salt water rinses (1 tsp/8oz ) 4-5 times a day really help. Don't see pic: Sorry I do not see the pic but if it is a canker sore they usually heal up in about 1-2wks and I would advise staying away from hot, acidic foods or things that would cause irritation to the sore area. Canker sore like bumps all over mouth? An throat. Doctor says it's normal but I don't think so. They're white patches very sore very large on throat.

What to do if I have extremely painful canker sore..How do I heal it or at least make it feel better?
Keep it clean: Clean the area to prevent bacterial superinfection. Palliative treatment would be orabase, orajel, over the counter numbing gel, chloraseptic spray... The topical spray works well if you dried the area with gauze prior to application. 3-5 days healing time is normal without any medicine intervention.
