Your best option: is to have the results interpreted by your ordering Doctor. The pH and count/concentration seem normal, but the volume seems low and I suspect your motility is low (should be >50% show normal forward movement after 1 hour). Etiology: Must determine reason for failure. Did ceramic break or did bridge come off teeth ? #11 - 14 is a long span if only supported by those 2 teeth. #11 does double duty as it is a corner transition tooth and gets loaded in many directions.
