What's the goodness of herbal tea ( mint, anis seeds, or vervain for example) sugar-free?

What's the goodness of herbal tea ( mint, anis seeds, or vervain for example) sugar-free?

For enjoyment: Regular teas and typical herbal teas, made from usual tea leaves, are for people to enjoy. The caffeine level is usually low, so teas are not too stimulating. A tea-drinker can try different teas and decide for herself what she likes most. Flavoring additives like mint or anise are in the teas in small amounts, so should not have a noticeable medicinal effect. Avoid adding too much sugar to tea. ...Read more

Yes: That tea will have benefits in terms of helping you to relax, and, of course, the Ativan will also help you to relax. Both the tea and Ativan may make you sleepy so you'll be more sleepy and relaxed if you take the tea and Ativan together than Ativan alone, but it is safe to take both. I heard not to take tylenol (acetaminophen) with green tea extract diet supplements what about regular green tea in a cup? Specifically decaf green tea bags

Caffeine interaction: The concern is not green tea per se but that high doses of caffeine can increase toxicity of tylenol (acetaminophen) to the liver. Some green tea diet supplements are high in caffeine but regular green tea is quite safe, either decaf or regular- it would take about 100 cups of green tea to get too much caffeine. See http://abcnews.Go.Com/health/healthday/story?Id=4508811 taking nac with tylenol (acetaminophen) reduces toxicity. ...Read more

Im drinking Lipton Chamomile Tea every night. And PureHerbs LemonGrass Tea every after 2days. Is it safe? These teas are from teabags

Pesticides & toxins: While chamomile and lemongrass are very safe, many teas are contaminated with significant levels of pesticides and the teabags can contain epichorohydrin, a carcinogen. Thus, get these teas only as organic from companies with safe teabags such as Numi, Rishi and Yogi (or get as organic loose tea & use tea ball). Greetings! what are the benefits of drinking greentea flavoured with honey and lemon? & also how many times can i use a single green tea bag?

Green tea is: A metabolism booster, thus it has a reputation for helping w/weight loss. The benefit is minimal in my estimation, but worth adding to to a health food plan an exercise. Honey is soothing to the throat and an anti-microbial but it is in the sugar family so it's not a free pass because it is "natural." It's a far better choice than refined sugar. I don't know about Strepsil. Use bag 1 or 2 times. ...Read more
