You have damaged: Your skin. If a large area is blistering - would seek medical attention. Take care.

Blister on chin: If it is a small blister, a bandaid on it till it heals. If it is large, say a dime or bigger, a needle soaked in alcohol can be used to puncture it painlessly at bottom of the blister. Press the fluid out then cover with a bandaid till it heals.

Lip blister: May be from sunburn or may have virus as a cause. Should heal on it's own in relatively short order. And try not to aggravate with repeated sun overexposure.

Sunburn: Mild symptoms of sunburn include redness and pain; swelling, fever and blisters can occur with more severe burns. Sunburn across the chest and back or across joints can cause pain with movements like breathing or walking. Sun sensitivity can occur in patients taking antibiotics or have underlying rheumatologic disease. Cool compresses and lotions with aloe can help decrease discomfort.
