Low: Low grade fever can be a sign of early pregnancy. Not everyone experiences this, so to answer your question, yes you can be pregnant and not have a low grade fever.
On the other hand low grade fever, especially if it lasts for a while, may may a sign of an infection. If this is the case (prolonged fever) you should inform your doctor right away.
Also you can take an early prediction test at this point.

Doubt it: The breast tenderness is likely not due to pregnancy: if your period is not due for 2 weeks you would've just gotten pregnant and way too early for symptoms of any kind. See your obg or a good primary doc if the symptoms keep bothering you! ...Read more
