PersonalConsultation: HealthTap Prime doctors or Concierge doctors can treat their patients via smartphone, tablet, or laptop. Certain problems (not all) are treatable online, and some medications (not all) can be prescribed. You can upload images beforehand or send them during a live consultation. Search on HealthTap for doctors in Primary Care (PRIME) or for Specialists (CONCIERGE). Personal consultations have a fee. ...Read more
Technically no: Prescription medication requires a valid physician signed prescription. It is legal if you have this in hand and can forward it to an on-line supplier.
