For the past two weeks one of my testicles has been slightly sore and sitting closer to my body. It used to sit lower than the other, now not.?
Sore testicle: A sore testicle should usually be checked. It could represent a bacterial infection, which should be treated, a kidney stone, which really hurts, the result of minor trauma/contusion to the testicle, or to a condition called idiopathic (i.e., the cause is unknown) orchalgia. Sometimes you can have a cyst in your scrotum which can cause pressure on one or the other testicle. ...Read more

One of my bf's testicles is hanging very low and is a bit sore. Says they aren't elevated, so not torsion, and it isn't severe. It's also been really hot (80s) here. What's going on with his testicle?
Hard to say.: Hanging low is not necessarily anything to be worried about - there is always some asymmetry of the testicles and this can change with the temperature. Mild pain in the scrotum - or even testicle - testicle can be caused by a large variety of things including repeated minor trauma or infection. If symptoms are worsening or persistent he should see someone. ...Read more
Right testicle feels sore, got smaller then the left one. Slightly tender. No redness/warmness. No bad pain. Could be what? Don't say "go to doc" I did.
Well. .. (go to doc): I think that several of the more serious possibilities - incarcerated hernia, orchitis & epididymitis, were ruled out by your lack of swelling. And tortion & cancer could be r/o by scrotal ultrasound, which I'm assuming you received. That leaves following up with your doc, or even a specialist Urologist, as your next best way to get answers. Or get a cup: blunt trauma makes a nut shrink. Helps? ...Read more

Why does one of my testicles seem to disappear when I'm laying down. It moves up into my body and feels tender when it drops down again.?
Several reasons: Testicles move up and down in the scrotum for several reasons. One is called the cremasteric reflex whereby the testicles are pulled up when the thigh close to the scrotum is touched or brushed. This helps prevent injury when something is too close for comfort. The other thing is temperature, whereby the testicles draw up and down for temperature regulation. For tenderness, see your doctor. ...Read more

I have several lumps, from course sand to rice grain size on my left testicle. Not painful, one tender point. Testicle has got smaller. Investigation?
See your doctor: I would definitely see your doctor regarding this. It is not "normal" for your testicle to develop lumps, nor is it normal for it become smaller. It is possible that the lumps are located on the skin of the scrotum only, and in that case it isn't serious, but any lump "on" the testicle should be evaluated by a doctor ...Read more
Does your testicles hurts or feel any aching pain if you masturbated 10 times in 10 days? One masturbation each day? What could b the neg'v impact?
There are no medical reasons to limit or stop any sexual activity you enjoy. Masturbation daily is a very common scenario in young man.
But, with vigorous masturbation one does risk trauma to the tubing in the scrotum which would lead to swelling and pain. Maybe taking one day off will help you feel back to normal.
If it doesn't then getting in to your family physician may be wise. ...Read more

Go to doc STAT: Discuss obtaining testicular ultrasound and pelvic CT scan with contrast. My "worst case scenario" is testicular cancer. Men between ages of 17-35 are at greatest risk. Pelvic & back pain could be referred, but you have to look at the lymph nodes & inguinal canal (pathway gonads took as they traveled down the pelvis during embryogenesis). Treatment is very successful with excellent survival rate. ...Read more
