Sounds like: CLASSIC Frontal bone SINUSITIS! Use nasal spray along with an oral decongestant such as ZYRTEC D \\
A course of antibiotics (eg: Z PAC) may also be indicated!

Best outcome if you start preventative approach, with topirimate, depakote, even beta blocker, but also, otc preps like riboflavin, co-q-10, butterbur. A triptan could abort the headache.
