Not a good plan: Intermittent fasting may not be a good plan, because every time you do that, you slow your metabolism. You want to increase muscle also -- not lose it as you can through fasting. Muscle burns more calories to maintain, than fat does. Not advised: Dropping 25% of your body weight in two months with diet alone is going to be next to impossible and even if with exercise quite a challenge. These fad diets are usually just that. You would be better off looking at starting to eat healthy and do regular exercise 2-3 days per week for one hour. This will result in weight loss that is permanent rather than caused by a quick weight loss diet. ...Read more

Heavy work: You don't have to jump , you can get out with out jumping ,if are able to do with bad knee , with new replaced knee joint it will be easy .
