Seems OK: The above mention supplements are in common use and the amount you indicated is in safe range and so should be ok to use. Remember that supplements are meant to supplement and should not the primary source of your vitamins/proteins etc.. A well balanced diet with plenty of fruits/veggies should a better approach. It is ok...: ...To use Mylanta up to 12 teaspoons per day for heartburn . It contains 400 mg of magnesium hydroxide per dose. That is not the amount of elemental magnesium which it contains.
