Say what?: Your legs feel hot but when you touch them they feel cold? If that's what you mean, you may have either a circulatory problem or a neuropathy. Are your legs swollen? Is the color normal? Red? Blue? Can you feel things normally in your soles? Are you walking normally? Do your muscles cramp.
