You ought to get vaccination for influenza.
Vitamin D is okay, but do not expect it to prevent flu.

Vitamin D 1000 units a day are OK but you don't need the 50000 units.
In the summer you might not even need the 1000 but it won't do you any harm.

You can not overdose on magnesium if your kidneys are normal as the excess will be removed in urine or stool as magnesium causes diarrhea.
Since you take Phentermine which can increase heart rate and cause arrythmias the concomitant use of magnesium has potential to cause harm as high level of magnesium can affect heart rate.
