2 issues: You have 2 different problems: arm pain and tingling, falling asleep, numb - all suggest nerve compression, possibly in your neck (cervical vertebrae). Sure of that path?: it is common for nerves to give tingling/temperature reactions when they are irritated. They go outward from the area where the problem occurred. Are you sure it is: In the muscle? Or maybe more superficial, in the subcutaneous tissue? Doesn't sound serious, unless there is weakness in the leg. If it is loss of sensation, its is nerve to the skin of the area that is affected. A small area is of little significance, unless you have other symptoms. ...Read more
