Keep taking the pill: You obviously are a great pill-taker, or your would not have the success you have. In fact, the no period for 2 months tells me that you have been an excellent pill-taker with lighter and lighter periods to the point that they stopped! If you don't think this is no-periods-because-of-good-pill-compliance, take another pregnancy test and keep looking for signs of pregnancy (nausea, weight gain,). ...Read more

What are goals?: It is ok not to have a period on birth control. Many brands are designed that way. If you are bleeding at irregular times this is called breakthrough bleeding. It is frustrating but not harmful. If you are now having sex while not on birth control it is highly likely that you will end up pregnant eventually. Depends: You can stop your pills and let it start, but since it's the middle of a pack you'll need to use condoms until you get 2 weeks into the next package. Or, you could put up with the breakthrough bleeding but stay on track with your pills and then take the placebo pills at the appropriate time. You may/may not have a normal period then, but you'll be protected if you start your next pack on time. ...Read more
