I've been having on and off sharp pain in my lower left abdomen, with slight nausea. Should I be worried?
I am a bit unsure where to go but came here as a last resort. For about 6 months now I have had on and off throbbing pain in my lower left abdomen?

What could be wrong with you if you have off and on pain in your lower left abdomen? I haven't had any pain all day it just happend suddenly and it's a really sharp pain it feels okay when I'm just sitting still but when I move around it hurts really bad.

History is important: Past medical history can shed some light on your question. The person needs a good Physical Exam with possibly some Lab Work and even some Imaging Studies such as X-Rays.
