Complications: .Complications of nissan nclude dysphagia, gastric hypersensitivity, abnormal gastric motility, gas bloat syndrome and gerd relapse. The fundoplicaton can fail, unwrap, loosen or herniate. Not unusual following nissan is dumping syndrome. The medication Prevpac (lansoprazole amoxicillin and clarithromycin) is a combination of amoxicillin, clarithromycina dn lansoprazole, none of which are meant to treat yeast infection, nor is Omeprazole which is used to treat gastric hyperacidity. Yes and No.: There is a drug interaction between the two meds involving the cyp2c19 enzyme. This may or may not be clinically significant.
