Probable coincidence: Green stool usually is caused by rapid transit - the stool moving through your bowels quickly. Green stool: you need to see a gastroenterologist. Stools should be checked for infectious diarrhea an blood. Green stool either represent ice of rapid transit. Possible bile salt diarrhea. I'm on omeprazole for what my doc thinks is GERD. Having right-side burning pain, some bloating, and unusual stools. Is this normal?
