Probably not but...: Omeprazole can inhibit an enzyme in the liver that breaks down lexapro (escitalopram). Thus, levels of Lexapro (escitalopram) can theoretically increase when used in combination. The ingredients are a mish-mash of common vitamins and minerals plus some herbal items that are not fda approved or regulated.
