Probably but...: Olive leaf extract appears to be a broad-spectrum anti-microbial, effective against a wide variety of viruses, bacteria & fungi in the lab. I haven't found any published clinical studies on it for herpes but many patients claim it helps. While more research is needed it's safe to try. If you have lemon juice mix with olive oil and you take it every morning what benefits or side effects it has?
It was suggested to me that adding a teaspoon of olive oil to a glass of orange juice daily would increase hdl. Is this true? Possible side-effects?
