Hyposthenuria: Hyposthenuria refers to solute concentration in the urine, changing with oral intake and/or diuretics. 70, CKD-3, DM. Used Ceftriaxone iv.for 7 days, and then Cefuroxim for 15 days for UTI. But the UTI didn't go away. Now having Oliguria. Suggestions?

Complicated: This is the type of question that requires a more formal consultation as there appears to be a lot "going on". >3 weeks of antibiotics for a UTI is not typical.
